GJEPC publishes an official hotel list with negotiated show rates, which is the best source for current pricing. Trident BKC, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences appear on that list. Other properties near the venues, such as The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, can be booked independently. Indicative rates run roughly USD 100-300 per night, depending on location, hotel category, and show-period demand.
Travel
The show is split between Jio World Convention Centre in BKC and Bombay Exhibition Centre, Nesco, in Goregaon. Organizers list shuttle bus services between the hotel and exhibition venue for international delegates, and attendees should plan travel around Mumbai traffic when moving between venues.
